Our Barn

Picture yourself curled up on a huge corner sofa, surrounded by your family or closest friends, while a log burner crackles nearby. Imagine laying back in a hot tub as the sun sets, sipping your favourite tipple, your working week a distant memory. These are just a few of the treats that await you here at Hollies Barn, near Nantwich.

Living Spaces

The hub of the property is a large, open-plan lounge and kitchen that allows you and your group to make the most of your precious time together. Here, the centrepiece is a double-sided wood burning stove, which adds to the atmosphere. There’s also a spacious dining room, which seats 14 –perfect for those family lunches or glamorous dinners.

Grab a board game from the pile and enjoy some precious screen-free time, or try your hand at the pool table.  You’ll also find a stash of toys for the younger members of your group.

Our fab interior designer Charlotte Ford wanted to incorporate a feeling of nostalgia, keeping a rustic feel with country tones, but blended with luxuriousness. She says: “The barns originally used for cattle had lovely original beams, metal and brickwork, some of which we were able to retain and restore.”

Bedrooms

Hollies Barn has six bedrooms, five of which have super king beds that can be made up as twins or doubles as you request. The sixth bedroom has a king size bed.

Each bedroom has been individually designed, with a slightly different focus, to give you and your party a little fun in selecting where to sleep. What’s more, the beautiful designer wallpaper and fabrics, topped with crisp white sheets and luxury bedding, make staying at Hollies Barn a real treat. And four of the bedrooms have en suites (with showers), while the other two share the family bathroom (with bath and shower).

Outdoors

Outside you’ll find a south-west facing private patio with a hot tub seating 7. There’s also a lawned garden, perfect for football and other outdoor games and our large boot (old mother hubbard style!).

What else?

If you prefer uncorking a bottle to using a carving knife, we can arrange for a chef to prepare a meal for you at the barn, using fresh, local produce. So you can put your feet up, pop that cork and focus on quality time with your loved ones.

Of course, if you want to eat out there are plenty of fab choices close at hand, such as Romazzino, The Cheshire Cat, St Martha’s and The Boars Head. Or if you fancy something more low key and relaxed, try Street or Enzo.
